This Project is for the design and construction of a renovation and addition to the Precinct 3 facility which will include a 5,000 sq. ft. addition to include space for a new Tax Assessor Collector lobby, 5 lane drive thru, renovations to existing spaces for County Clerk functions, renovations for the Commissioner including offices and a Community Room.
