Project will expand the existing two lane rural roadway section to a four-lane urban roadway section with necessary operational and drainage improvements. Right‐of‐way acquisition is anticipated. The proposed project is expected to increase traffic capacity, improve mobility, provide unflooded access, and enhance safety in the area.
